Guidelines and Template

Posters must strictly follow the template provided below.

Authors and co-authors must pay the registration fee.

Posters must be submitted via Doity by clicking here, exclusively in .PDF format.

Two versions of the poster must be submitted: one with authorship and one without authorship (for evaluation), both in .PDF format.

ALL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE PEER-REVIEWED BY THE EVENT'S SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE USING A DOUBLE-BLIND PROCESS.

Posters must be accompanied by a video of up to 5 minutes explaining the work.

The video must be recorded in landscape orientation, focusing on the face of the author(s), with good resolution and audio quality.

The video must explain the work presented on the poster, and both will be published on the poster page of this website.

Posters submitted, approved, and published on the website will later be included in the proceedings of the national event.

Each registered author is allowed to submit up to 1 poster as the main author and up to 3 as a co-author.

Undergraduate students may submit posters only in co-authorship with a master's or doctoral degree holder. Graduates, master’s students, doctoral students, and holders of master's or doctoral degrees may submit posters without the need for co-authorship.
IMPORTANT: On the Doity platform, there are two ways to submit videos. Videos up to 15MB can be uploaded directly to the platform, while videos larger than 15MB must be submitted as a downloadable link in a specified field during submission.
